Refund & Return Policy

Due to the customized nature of all of the products we produce at My Pup Art, we cannot offer refunds. Your artwork is designed and printed with care, and is a one-of-a-kind product specifically for your pet.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it. Please report the issue to us via email within 48 hours (please send a photo of the item). 

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your final product, please get in touch with us.

After purchase, if you decide you no longer want to proceed with your order, you may cancel within 12 hours - provided we have not started work on your design. If you email us after that 12-hour window, there is a high chance that we’ve already begun work on your design. 

Please note that there are photo guidelines on each product page. It is the customer's responsibility to upload a clear photo in line with our guidelines. Because we use the photo you upload to create your artwork, low quality photos will generally result in low quality artwork. 

If your photo is poor quality, we will contact you to request a higher quality photo. If we do not receive a higher quality photo within 24 hours, we will do the best job we can with the uploaded photo. This is necessary to maintain our workflow. We are not able to cancel orders that have already been worked on.
