SHIPPING POLICY


Our talented artists take time to ensure your custom pet art is absolutely perfect before sending it to print. All orders go through an artwork quality check, as well as, a product quality check. This ensures that you receive the highest quality product. It's definitely worth the wait!


Please use the timeline we provide at checkout as the expected delivery time. This is usually 2-4 weeks for most orders. During busier periods, this may change to 3-5 weeks.

All orders are shipped with package tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as it is available.


TRANSIT TIME ESTIMATES (after Production):

US:  3-12 working days  (COVID-19)

Rest of the World:  3-21 working days  (COVID-19)


SHIPPING PRICES:

We offer FREE Global Shipping on all orders over $100 USD. For orders under $100, we charge flat shipping rates (all prices in USD):

USA: $9.95

Canada, United Kingdom, Australia: $14.95 

Rest of the World: $14.95 

Global Flat Rate Shipping for Phone Cases: $6.95 


Please Note:

  • We sometimes offer a 'Skip the Artwork Line' option. This option speeds up your artwork creation by sending your order to the front of the line for our art team. It does not speed up the shipping carrier's transit time.

  • If your order requires a new photo, please understand that this will lengthen the production time.

  • We cannot ship to Military addresses. In the event that you provided a military address at checkout, we will email you to request a different shipping address. If the cost of shipping to the new address does not equal the cost of shipping charged to you originally at checkout, we will invoice you for the difference and will proceed with your order as soon as the invoice is paid.

  • We have fulfillment facilities worldwide, and an additional customs and tax fee can be levied on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country. Please check with your local customs office to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

  • We try our best to guarantee that orders will arrive on time. However, due to high volume, COVID-19, and circumstances beyond our control, there might be a delay in delivery of your order. Thank you for understanding.
